I have heard that the 5 per day would allow for such investigation. I have also heard that the US embassy and other embassies have offered to do this investigation along with or for them. Nothing official, and not even a statement that I have seen or heard of has been released indicating if any of this is accurate. Our agency just told us today that MOWCYA has told them that they are not going to be held to the 5 per day anymore, starting with cases where the preliminary hearing is in June.
